Websites that support schools, communities, and organisations share with ease.

We work with schools managing enrolments and parent communication, not-for-profits coordinating programs and funding, tourism operators sharing experiences, and organisations that want a website that represents them well — and stays easy to manage when things change internally.

Ask Remedy

Remedy website projects include a project kick-off and strategy meeting. Key pages receive a custom design, custom written content and on-page Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). The design component includes a complimentary revision. The website is custom built to match the approved design, and full training is provided to familiarise internal departments with content management. Once the website is launched, a staging environment is retained for future approvals and testing.

Subject to pre-existing workload, a typical website redesign and rebuild can be achieved in 16 weeks. Delays can sometimes occur when approval or content is required in order to proceed to the next phase. In order to reduce such delays, we plan the content strategy from the outset, and facilitate our own copywriting for significant areas of the website to parallelise the project outcomes. Design-based feedback is collected from the initial meeting to ensure concepts are aligned with stakeholders' vision.

We typically break a project into milestone-based payments (e.g. kick-off, design approval, training and launch) but we are flexible with payment arrangements. Our proposal will clearly identify pricing including third-party license costs and the scope of the project. Subsequent charges such as monthly hosting costs and optional extras such as monthly SEO will also be listed. Generally speaking, we would only require additional remuneration if a project diverges from the agreed scope (e.g. a web-store is requested but was not factored into the proposal) or additional design iterations are required beyond the one included revision.

Remedy is a small team, but it's important to us that we have complete ownership of everything we create. Occasionally, we commission one-off custom plugins from dedicated specialists for advanced website requirements (e.g. Salesforce integration), but otherwise our websites are custom-coded in-house to provide an optimised content publishing experience for your team, and a smoother user experience for your customers.

Remedy sites are built with AI considerations from the outset. Your business details as well as select content items such as articles and FAQs will have hidden 'schema' markup to allow LLM crawlers to identify key information related to your operations. This can then be surfaced as responses to user queries within AI generated content.

For each new website project we will provision a dedicated high-performance Sydney-based Virtual Private Server (VPS) to house both your staging website and the live site - with no other client sites on your server, removing the security and performance issues of a typical shared hosting setup. This server will be configured with a firewall for security, and daily database backups and weekly server backups (also stored in Sydney). In addition to performing regular server maintenance updates, we will also include periodic Content Management System (CMS) and plugin updates if licenses are valid.

All Remedy sites are designed to give you as much control over managing your own content as feasible, according to the agreed project scope. That said, we understand that business needs might shift over time and a website needs to be flexible enough to adapt to new ideals. As such, we are available upon request to modify the appearance and functionality of your website in ways that would not be possible from within the CMS, or just provide more general support. This ongoing support can be on a monthly or ad-hoc basis as required. Each project also comes with a complimentary three-month bug fix warranty.
